I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a deep passion for mental health and well-being. Since beginning my practice in May 2022, I’ve dedicated myself to helping clients cultivate self-awareness, self-compassion, and balance in their lives. My background as an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) in daycares and kindergarten classrooms has given me a unique perspective on emotional development, which I now bring to my work with individuals of all ages.

My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodiversity, healthy boundaries, relationship skills, navigating unhealthy relationships, burnout, and trauma. I believe in a client-centred, compassionate approach that empowers people to understand themselves and build resilience.

Outside of my practice, I love reading, playing sports, and spending quality time with my blended family of four children. Whether we’re playing board games or going on adventures together, I value connection, joy, and lifelong learning—both in my personal life and in my work with clients.

Let’s work together to create meaningful, positive change in your life.
