Words of Wisdom

Who looks outside dreams;  who looks inside awakes.

Carl Jung

Inward Focus is not just the name of our clinic; it represents our approach to navigating life's daily challenges that hinder our ability to enjoy it.

We prioritize holding space for our clients and fostering a safe, non-judgmental environment for self-exploration. By employing mindfulness and a diverse range of best practices, we work together to help you embrace your thoughts, feelings and emotions. This  allows a deeper understanding of the barriers in your life, an openness to more perspectives and helps to identify ways of approaching them differently.

Services offered at Inward Focus

Individual Therapy

Our individual therapy sessions are designed to address your specific concerns and help you navigate life's challenges. Through a collaborative and supportive approach, we aim to empower you to overcome obstacles and live a fulfilling life.

Couples Therapy

Our couples therapy focuses on enhancing communication, building trust, and strengthening relationships. We provide a neutral and supportive environment for couples to address conflicts, improve intimacy, and foster a deeper connection.

Family Therapy

Family therapy sessions aim to improve family dynamics, resolve conflicts, and strengthen bonds. By promoting understanding and effective communication, we help families navigate challenges together and create harmonious relationships.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a therapeutic setting where individuals share their thoughts and feelings in a supportive environment. It allows participants to connect with others who face similar challenges, promoting healing and personal growth through shared experiences.

Services for Those that Serve

These services assist those who are having difficulties dealing with work and personal life struggles.  As former first responders / public safety personnel and now lived experience therapists, we understand the strain of the job and how it can become overwhelming at times.  We use our shared experiences to learn how to navigate these stressors differently.

We offer services for newly engaged members of the first responder, public safety personnel, military or any forward facing service, that focus on establishing a connection with a therapist while a baseline profile is developed.  We also provide wellness skills and practices to help during your career.

And, we also offer presentations and consultations.
